Our policy

Our stocks comprise a lot of different varieties. Each item has different variants in the form of colors and sizes. Items are locally made and imported. Selected items specifically placed in orders may not be available in the market as specified. In this case following procedure will be followed.

• Item substitute or replacement will be informed to the customer before purchase from the vendor. It will be bought with the consent of the customer.
• In case customer refuses for the substitute, price paid will be reimbursed through the received account. However, if some items are available and some missing, cash may be returned through the account or with the shipment which ever way is agreed upon.
• Intercity or within lahore orders will be delivered through bykea. Charges will be added.
• Out of city orders within pakistan will be delivered through OCS/TCS or leopard. Charges will be asked for later in accordance of the weight of the shipment. Outside pakistan orders will be shipped through DHL or freighters depending on the weight.
• In case of query or inquiry, our office has a physical existence in urdu bazaar, Lahore - Pakistan for many decades.
• Orders that require time for preparation are mentioned in description may take a little longer in case of unforeseen circumstances.
